We have an excellent opportunity for a temp-to-perm Class 2 Driver to join a well-established company specialising in the delivery of paper goods. This role is ideal for newly qualified drivers or experienced HGV drivers seeking a positive change in their current role. About this Class 2 position:
*12 week temp to perm
*Monday to Friday
*Start time between 5:00am- 6:00am (8- 10-hour shifts)
*Up to 18 drops
*Delivering paper goods to printing companies in the south coast area
*Driving a class 2 vehicle in which you will be required to operate a tail lift and use ratchet straps to secure loads
*Use pump truck to move palletised goods (some handballing involved)
What we require from you:
*Full UK Class 2 licence with valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
*Previous multidrop experience is beneficial for this position
*Happy with manual handling and heavy lifting
*Previous experience driving a Class 2 vehicle preferred, however newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply
*Flexible and willing to work overtime if required
*Fantastic customer service and communication skills
*Great time keeping
*Own transport to commute to and from work
