Job Description:
Data Administrator
Location: Bracknell | 80% Office / 20% Home Working
Are you practical, organised, and ready to roll up your sleeves? Join our small, friendly Finance team supporting both Finance and Contracts in a fast-paced, task-driven role.
What you’ll do
Process invoices and data entry in SAP (linked with Salesforce)
Use costing sheets to create accurate invoices for parts and services
Maintain machine models and contract info
Collate data and cross-check in Excel (VLOOKUPs & Pivot Tables - intermediate level)
Support the Finance & Contracts teams as needed and general office
What we’re looking for
Experience in SAP (essential) and Salesforce (desirable)
Intermediate Excel skills
High attention to detail
Down-to-earth, practical, and a real team player
