Job Description:
Lettings Negotiator
Swindon
Monday – Friday – 08.45am – 17.30pm
Saturday – 09.00am – 15.30pm (every other week) Day off in lieu for working Saturday
Permanent
Salary is dependent on experience.
We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator to join our client in their Swindon branch.
Primary Duties:
*Act as initial point of contact for clients visiting the office
*Deal with telephone and internet enquiries
*Arrange the booking of viewings and valuations
*Conduct viewings of properties for let
*Administer contract paperwork in relation to tenancy agreements
*Update window displays and website
*Compose marketing literature
*Undertake direct marketing
Secondary Duties:
*Conduct viewings of properties for sale
*Conduct valuations of properties for rent
*Update social media sites
*Provide cover when required
*Other duties as required
Essential Criteria:
*Driving licence and a car
*Computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Word
*Able to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits:
*Mileage allowance is paid at 45p per mile.
*20 Days & Bank Holidays & Birthday Increasing to a maximum of 25 Days
