Receptionist
Central London (near Old Street / Angel)
£28,000 – £35,000
9:00am – 5:30pm | Monday–Friday | Office-based
Start Date: ASAP
A friendly and sociable Central London office is looking for a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the business and help keep the office running smoothly. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who enjoys getting stuck in and supporting a busy team. You’ll work closely with the Office Manager and admin team in a relaxed, collaborative environment where everyone helps out.
What we’re looking for:
*Previous reception, front-of-house or customer-facing experience
*Confident communicator with a friendly and professional manner
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
*Someone who enjoys working in a busy, social office environment
*Comfortable handling calls, emails and general admin tasks
*Graduates or university leavers looking to start their career in an office environment are encouraged to apply
What you’ll be doing
*Welcoming visitors and creating a great first impression
*Answering calls and directing enquiries
*Supporting the Office Manager with day-to-day admin
*Managing shared inboxes and messages
*Ordering office supplies and keeping the office stocked
*Helping with general office coordination and team support
