Role: Account Director (New Business)
Salary: £60,000 + Double OTE + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission
Location: Southern UK (Hybrid)

We are supporting a high-growth managed services and infrastructure provider looking to appoint a high-performing Commercial Account Director focused purely on new business acquisition.
This is a hunter-led role - ideal for sales professionals who thrive on winning new logos, building pipeline from scratch, and closing complex, high-value opportunities.
The Role
You will be responsible for generating and closing new commercial customers, building a regional acquisition strategy, and managing the full new business sales lifecycle from initial engagement through to close.
Solutions sold include:
* Managed IT Services
* Core Infrastructure
* Cyber Security
* Cloud and Hybrid Platforms
You will be expected to:
* Self-generate pipeline through outbound activity and networking
* Build senior stakeholder relationships from cold entry
* Run structured, value-led sales engagements
* Consistently exceed new business target
What We’re Looking For
* Proven success in new business IT sales
* Track record of winning net new logos
* Experience selling managed services, infrastructure, or cloud solutions
* Evidence of self-generated pipeline
* History of closing complex, high-value deals
