Our client, a leader in the renewables sector, is currently seeking a Project Planner with a specialised focus on Offshore Windfarms to join their team on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities: *Manage the project schedule in accordance with the project work breakdown structure and ensuring that project schedule is developed and maintained
*Assure that project plans are regularly updated and within levels of certainty to allow effective monitoring, forecasting, and control
*Ensure that standard Project Planning requirements are met, understood, and embedded from both Contractors and Sub-Contractors into the project systems
*Lead on all Project Planning topics for the project and ensure the schedule is optimised and efficient for the allocated package
*Ensure that all Project Planning activities are delivered according to established processes and procedures
*Engage with external suppliers on all project schedule and project planning topics
Job Requirements: *Detailed knowledge of Offshore Wind Development and Construction
*Proficiency in Primavera P6
*Experience of leading Project Planners on major Civil or Offshore Construction Projects through design, manufacture, and construction phases
*Experience of schedule risk analysis
*Experience in reporting and providing information to Board Level, Project Director, and Senior Project Managers
