Corporate Development Analyst - Real Estate
London - Hybrid, 3 days office based
£75,000 - £85,000 + 30% bonus

The opportunity

I am currently partnering with a global leader in flexible workspaces to hire a Corporate Development Analyst to support a high-performing team driving rapid international expansion. The business plans to open multiple centres globally in 2026, creating significant investment activity and strategic growth opportunities. This role will sit at the centre of that expansion, supporting investment decisions through modelling, forecasting and strategic analysis.

Key responsibilities
*Building investment and 3-statement financial models to evaluate growth opportunities
*Analysing large datasets to assess centre performance and market opportunities
*Producing financial projections, valuation metrics and investment cases
*Developing tools to improve forecasting, automation and analysis processes
*Presenting clear insights and recommendations to senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders
What you’ll bring
*Strong financial modelling experience (3-statement models, projections, valuation)
*Experience working with large datasets and analytical tools
*Background in Investment Banking, Big 4 Firm, Transaction Services, Advisory, PE or Financial Services
*Ability to translate complex analysis into clear strategic insight
