We’re looking for experienced sales or recruitment consultants who enjoy building relationships, winning new business and developing a desk they can truly take ownership of. This is a Business Support permanent desk covering the Leicester market — a busy area with plenty of opportunity to grow, win new clients and establish long-term partnerships.
You’ll be based in our Nottingham office, working with an experienced team and a well-respected brand, giving you a strong platform to develop your market confidently.


What you’ll be doing
*Growing and managing your Leicester client base through proactive business development
*Building strong relationships with existing clients and understanding their hiring needs
*Running the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent roles
*Sourcing, interviewing and matching high-quality candidates
*Managing your own performance and pipeline with clear earning potential
