Recruitment Consultant – £28,000–£33,000 + uncapped commission
Full-time | Harrogate | Office-based first 3 months, then hybrid (1-2 days WFH)
Driving licence required or very close to passing (large geographic patch)


We’re looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our business support team, supporting the education sector across Yorkshire - including Harrogate, York, Leeds, Sheffield and Wakefield.
You’ll join a supportive team and benefit from strong internal networks that help you grow quickly.
It’s a candidate-driven environment, so great conversations, relationship building, and strong candidate management are key — especially as compliance and DBS checks can take time.


What You’ll Be Doing
*Growing long-term relationships with organisations across Yorkshire
*Managing the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement
*Handling a high level of compliance, including DBS checks and candidate documentation
*Keeping candidates engaged during the compliance process
*Carrying out market research and proactive business development
