Warehouse Team Leader – Nights
Rotherham
£14.82 per hour
Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader (Nights) on behalf of a well-established food manufacturing business in Rotherham. This role is ideal for someone with logistics or warehouse experience who is looking to take on team leadership responsibilities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Ensure finished goods are wrapped, picked and loaded onto dispatch vehicles accurately and on time during the night shift
*Liaise with production to maintain stock flow and meet customer demand
*Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications
*Maintain GMP standards and ensure the warehouse is audit ready
*Promote a safe working environment, adhering to risk assessments and reporting issues
*Operate CBT/Reach trucks when required and complete daily FLT checks
*Support labour planning, team supervision and 1-2-1 reviews
*Complete necessary paperwork and support general warehouse operations
*Deputise for the Logistics Lead when required
Requirements
*Valid CBT/Reach FLT licence
*Previous logistics or warehouse experience
*Good communication and organisational skills
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced night shift environment
*Flexible team player with a proactive approach
