Key Account Manager
£35K to £40K | 25 days holiday plus bank holidays | Pension | Hybrid | Blackburn
We’re looking for a proactive and personable Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key customers. This role combines day to day account management with opportunities to support initiatives that drive growth and profitability.
What you’ll do:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring satisfaction and long term partnerships.
* Support pricing discussions, quotes, and contract agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Work alongside technical, quality, and manufacturing teams to deliver products that meet customer expectations.
* Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide insights to support decision making.
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
Who we’re looking for:
* Experience in account management, sales support, or a customer focused role.
* Strong numeracy and commercial awareness, with an eye on profitability and margins.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in liaising with customers by phone, email, and in person.
* Organised, self motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Positive, proactive, and able to take ownership of accounts, building trust with both customers and internal teams.
