Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst - LondonLocation: London
Salary: £40,000+ (depending on qualifications and experience)
Contract: Permanent | Full-time
A well-established asbestos consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced dual Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support a strong and consistent workload across London.
The role focuses primarily on commercial and industrial environments, offering technically interesting work across a range of large-scale projects. The company operates with structured processes, realistic scheduling, and strong operational support, allowing surveyors and analysts to focus on delivering high-quality work.

The Role*Conducting Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in accordance with HSG264
*Undertaking air monitoring, leak testing, reassurance testing, and four-stage clearances
*Working across a range of commercial and industrial properties
*Producing accurate and compliant survey and analytical reports
*Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams
*Ensuring all work is carried out in line with current legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS standards
Requirements*BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or recognised equivalents)
*Experience working in a dual Surveyor / Analyst role
*Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance requirements
*Ability to manage workloads independently in a field-based role
*Full UK driving licence
