Job Description:
Our client, well-established in their field are looking for an experienced Service Advisor, with a like for like background, therefore previous experience within a Service Management role within the automotive sector is essential.
The role will take ownership of customer queries and resolve all issues ensuring customer’s satisfaction. This role presents an exciting and challenging opportunity for a goal driven individual.
ROLE:
*Meeting and greeting customers in the reception area.
*Booking vehicles in, advising on duration of repairs.
* Gaining authority for any additional work that needs to be done.
*Invoicing and finance management of work in progress.
*Ownership of day to day running of the service / restoration department.
*Workshop schedule organisation.
*Logistics co-ordinating, ensuring delivery and collection of cars to and from UK and worldwide.
REQUIREMENTS:
*Excellent leadership and people-management skills, coupled with a good level of education, outstanding communication skills and must be well presented at all times.
*Possess excellent customer liaison skills, with the ability converse on all levels, be a confident relationship builder, able to advise customers on minor technical issues whilst delivering a first-class service.
*Strong organisational skills.
*Fully IT literate Word and Excel a must.
*Gemini Evolution an advantage, alternatively have working knowledge of other relevant software.

*Full UK driving licence
*22 days paid holiday, 8 bank holidays, Nest pension scheme, allocated parking space
*Monday to Friday, 40-hour week. Saturday morning on rotation.
*£35,000 – £40,000 + Bonus scheme
