Description
As a Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate your duties will include:
*Managing a diverse portfolio of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases.
*Providing legal advice to clients on property-related matters.
*Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other documents.
*Conducting due diligence and handling property searches.
*Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver comprehensive legal services.
*Advising on landlord and tenant matters.
*Ensuring compliance with relevant legal regulations and best practices.
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Profile
A successful Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate should have between 3-9 years PQE and a strong academic record. Please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
