This Accounting Manager position requires an ACA or ACCA qualified professional with a background of working in a UK accountancy practice.

Description
*Assist the management team with building the work/office procedures as the practice continues to expand.
*Directly responsible for working with clients on all stages of the financial reporting and tax process.
*Manage and develop junior staff.
*Report directly to the MD.
*Have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
Profile
A successful Accounting Manager should have:
*ACA or ACCA qualification
*Strong technical knowledge in financial reporting and tax compliance.
*Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
*Previous experience in an UK accountancy practice.
