Part-Time Receptionist!!
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated charity as a Part-Time Receptionist, where your role will be crucial in managing the front desk and providing administrative support.
This position is ideal for someone who is mature, can handle sensitive information, and is looking to potentially secure a permanent role in the future.
*Job Type: Temporary (Ongoing, Approx 6 Months), Potential Permanent Placement thereafter
*Hours: 20-25 hours per week
*Location: Middlesbrough, Fully Office Based
*Start Date: ASAP
*Interviews: Week Commencing 16th March
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage reception duties including answering phones and welcoming guests.
*Assist walk-ins by directing them to the waiting area and providing refreshments.
*Handle sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality with all interactions.
*Perform basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, data entry, and responding to emails.
*Ensure the reception area is tidy and presents a welcoming environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
*Experience using a CRM system.
*Ability to handle sensitive information with maturity and confidentiality.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
