We are looking for a Reports & Client Consultant to join an exciting and growing business based in Chelmsford. They are looking for someone with experience within technical or report writing, who also has an interest in client account management, to manage the end to end process.

This position would suit an ambitious, detail focused candidate who is looking for an exciting opportunity to join an innovative organisation.

Key Details:*Salary £30-40k depending on experience

*09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday

Duties include:*Gather information needed to produce reporting and technical documents
*Drafting, writing and editing reports to a high level of detail
*Manage end to end client journey
*Manage projects across a range of industries
*Lead client meetings to understand their projects
*Coordinate with internal teams, manage expectations and meet deadlines
Experience you’ll have:*Experience in technical or report writing
*Strong customer service skills both virtually and in person
*Ability to produce professional and accurate reports
*Confidence dealing with clients and stakeholders
*Ideally educated to degree level (however not essential)
*Great attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
