Job Description:
Start Date: After the Easter Break
Location: Haverhill
Schedule: 3 days per week
Pay: £14 per hour
Hours: 8:120 - 16:00
Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a real difference in the classroom? We’re looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Haverhill after the Easter break.
What We’re Looking For:
*GCSE English and Maths at Grade 5 or above
*Experience working with autism (ASD) or within SEND settings is highly preferred
*An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
*A positive, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learners
Role Responsibilities:
*Provide 1:1 and small-group support
*Assist the class teacher with learning activities
*Help create an inclusive, supportive environment
*Build positive, trusting relationships with students
