My client is an innovative and growing automotive business operating within the high performance and supercar space.
With a strong brand presence and ambitious growth plans, they are now looking to hire a Social Media Specialist to take ownership of their digital presence. This role sits at the heart of the brand’s marketing activity, combining content creation, community engagement, and paid media strategy to grow and strengthen the company’s online audience.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how the brand appears across social platforms, managing both organic and paid campaigns, while ensuring consistent messaging and high-quality content output.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines creative social media thinking with hands-on digital marketing experience, particularly within paid search and paid social campaigns.
SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST ROLE:
*Develop and execute the company’s social media strategy across multiple platforms
*Manage and grow social channels including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other key platforms
*Create engaging short-form content, including reels and video content
*Plan and manage the social media content calendar ensuring consistent posting
*Oversee paid social and paid search campaigns across Meta, Google, Instagram and TikTok
*Manage and optimise advertising budgets across digital channels
*Monitor campaign performance and adjust activity to improve results
*Maintain consistent brand voice and community engagement across all platforms
*Support wider marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
*Create and send weekly marketing email campaigns
*Analyse audience behaviour and platform performance to guide content strategy
*Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, events, and promotional activity
*Stay up to date with emerging social media trends and platform updates
SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
*Experience managing social media channels for a brand or agency
*Hands-on experience with paid social and paid search campaigns
*Experience managing advertising budgets across Meta, Google, Instagram and TikTok
*Strong understanding of social media growth strategies and engagement tactics
*Experience creating short-form video and social-first content
*Understanding of content scheduling and campaign planning
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Ability to analyse performance data and optimise campaigns accordingly
*Passion for automotive, car culture, or performance vehicles
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
*Experience working within automotive, lifestyle, or enthusiast brands
*Previous agency experience managing multiple campaigns
*Knowledge of email marketing platforms and campaign management
*Experience using analytics and reporting tools to evaluate campaign performance
