Job Description:

The Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Working closely with warehouse, logistics and sales teams, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
*Handling incoming customer enquiries (online, phone & email)
*Accurately processing orders and updating records
*Liaising with warehouse/logistics on dispatch and delivery queries
*Supporting the sales team with admin and customer follow-ups
*Managing customer queries and general office admin
About You
*Strong communication skills and attention to detail
*Highly organised with the ability to multitask
*Confident speaking with customers
*Positive, team-focused attitude
*Good IT skills (MS Excel & Word)
