Your role as our Multi Trade Operative:
A varied, hands-on role including:
*First and second fix plumbing
*Repair/renew ceiling & floor joists, stud walls, partition walls, stairs, doors, skirting, handrails, flooring, and ducting
*Patch plastering
*Fitting shower trays
*Wall tiling
*Installing full bathroom suites (WC, WHB, mixer showers)
*Painting & decorating to a good standard
*Radiator installation including draining and refilling systems
What We Need from You.
*Completed recognised Apprenticeship (NVQ Level 2/3)
*Experience as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber
*Competence across joinery and/or plumbing disciplines
*Plastering skills (desirable)
*Experience in social housing (desirable)
*Full driving licence
*CSCS card, asbestos awareness, and own tools (skilled workers)
