Job Description:
Reed HR are proud to be supporting our client in Sutton with the recruitment of an HR Advisor to join their friendly, hardworking HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The Role
As the HR Advisor, you will provide day-to-day HR support across the organisation, ensuring policies, procedures, and processes are followed consistently and effectively. This hybrid role offers a great balance of office collaboration and home working.
Key Responsibilities
*Providing clear, confident advice on HR policies and procedures
*Supporting managers with disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters
*Managing HR and employee relations queries in a timely manner
*Handling payroll-related enquiries and liaising with payroll teams to resolve issues
*Ensuring accurate HR administration and maintaining employee records
*Supporting continuous improvement across HR processes
About You
*Experience in a transactional HR Advisor position
*Strong working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and ER processes
*Confidence handling disciplinary cases and implementing HR best practice
*Ability to respond to payroll queries accurately and efficiently
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
*A proactive, organised approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality HR support
