School Business Manager
Location: Moseley
Contract: Full-time | Temporary
Start Date: 13/04/2026
CPSS are seeking an organised and proactive School Business Manager to oversee the school’s financial, operational and administrative functions. Working closely with the Headteacher and Governors, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient management of finances, HR, premises and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing the school budget and financial reporting
*Overseeing HR processes and staff administration
*Managing premises, facilities and health & safety
*Supporting strategic planning and ensuring compliance with regulations
The ideal candidate will:
*Have strong financial and organisational skills
*Be an effective communicator with leadership experience
*Ideally have experience in a school or public sector setting
CPSS is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and 2 years of references.
