KCR Solutions are delighted to be working for an excellent client in Cramlington in their recruitment of a Finance Manager who will take full responsibility for the finance function. Your duties will be as follows:
*Preparation of monthly management accounts
*Production of the monthly MI pack with clear commentary
*Maintenance and improvement of financial controls and processes
*Oversight of the part-time Accounts Assistant (PL, SL and cashbook)
*Preparation of the annual budget, periodic reforecasts and cashflow analysis and forecasts.
*Management of Payroll, VAT and tax submissions
*Liaison with external accountants for the preparation of Statutory Accounts
*Continual review and improvement of processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
*Supporting the business with cost saving activities
*Liaising with the management team on all financial matters
*Supporting the wider business with financial insight and ad-hoc analysis
*Operating as the "go-to" finance professional across a busy manufacturing site
You will be a QBE or part-qualified accountant with solid SME experience and be happy taking ownership of all finance activities in a small team environment. Manufacturing experience would be beneficial, although not essential.
