The firm is seeking a Solicitor to join its leading Medical Negligence team in Birmingham. The role involves managing your own caseload of clinical negligence matters, assisting on complex and high-value cases and providing clear, compassionate advice to clients while working closely with colleagues to deliver a high-quality, client-focused service.

Case Types May Include
*Obstetric and neonatal claims
*Anaesthetic and neurosurgical negligence
*Cardiac and oncology claims
*Psychiatric care and other clinical negligence matters
About You
*3-5 years PQE in Claimant Clinical/Medical Negligence
*Experience managing your own caseload, including litigated matters
*Ability to take client instructions and provide clear legal advice
*Experience assisting senior lawyers on complex, high-value claims
*Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team
