Job Description:
We are currently looking for an Engagement officer which will consist of generating leads. This is a six month temp role working for a well know London charity and is paying £16.50 hour. Previous experience in a sales or recruitment role is an advantage.
*Lead generation - finding potential and viable placements within our target areas
*Booking meetings with employers and the rest of the team
*Holding meetings with employers to onboard them onto programme
*Track, monitor and report using CRM, Excel workbooks and other supporting software.
*Assist employers to complete key paperwork
*Complete due diligence checks and quality assurance
*Collaborate with wider team to ensure consistency and accuracy of approach and information
*Attend team meetings
*Ad hoc Admin
