Sales Executive | Telesales Executive | Lead Generator
*Location: Tamworth
*Salary: £23,810 - £25,000 + Uncapped Commission

As you develop, you’ll progress into managing your own accounts, building long-term client relationships, and increasing your earning potential.

The Role
*Make high-quality outbound B2B calls to existing clients and new prospects
*Generate and qualify new business leads
*Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
*Research and identify new opportunities
*Maintain regular follow-up contact to nurture leads
*Accurately update CRM systems
*Work closely with Account Managers, passing over qualified leads
What We’re Looking For
*Experience in telesales, telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, or outbound sales
*Confident communicator with strong listening skills
*Professional and relationship-focused approach
*Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
*Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
