Location: Cross College, Trowbridge
Salary: Unqualified Lecturer: £21.13 per hour - Qualified Lecturer: £25.34 per hour

What You’ll Do
*Teach and assess learners across Health and Social Care programmes at Level 1–3 (and potentially T Level or Access pathways)
*Deliver engaging, learner-centred lessons covering core topics such as safeguarding, communication, anatomy & physiology, person-centred care, and professional practice
*Support learners in developing employability skills and readiness for placements or apprenticeships
*Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and internal quality assurance processes
*Prepare learners for progression into higher education, apprenticeships, or employment within the health and care sector
*Maintain high standards of teaching, safeguarding, and professional conduct
*Inspire professionalism, compassion, and high standards of care
What You’ll Bring
*A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care, Nursing, Allied Health, or a related discipline (Level 3 or above)
*Industry experience within health, care, or community settings
*A strong understanding of current sector standards, safeguarding, and regulatory expectations
*Teaching or assessing qualifications are welcomed but not essential
*A commitment to inclusive practice and supporting learners from diverse backgrounds
