A dynamic and established estate agency committed to delivering exceptional service and results for their clients are now looking for a Sales Negotiator. They take pride in professionalism, being local market experts, and building lasting relationships with buyers and sellers.
They are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for property to develop their career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities*Register and qualify new applicants
*Arrange and conduct property viewings
*Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
*Maintain regular contact with clients and applicants
*Generate new business opportunities
*Progress sales through to completion
*Provide excellent customer service at all times
*Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Requirements*Previous experience in estate agency or sales (preferred but not essential)
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Strong customer service focus
*Target-driven and self-motivated
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Full UK driving licence (preferred)
*Professional and positive attitude
