Job Description:
My client are seeking a CRM Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics to support and optimise CRM processes for their charity. This temporary role is based in London and involves ensuring the effective use of CRM systems to enhance organisational efficiency.
Client Details
This is a medium sized healthcare charity, based in central London.
Description
*Manage and optimise the CRM to keep data accurate and systems running smoothly.
*Improve data quality through regular checks, duplicate fixes, and strong hygiene routines.
*Work with teams to solve CRM issues, test changes, and share knowledge.
*Investigate and fix data problems using root cause analysis and process improvements.
*Support CRM users with technical guidance to build confidence and capability.
*Spot opportunities for automation and efficiency.
*Handle data imports, exports, and reconciliations using SQL, SSIS or similar tools.
*Maintain clear documentation and governance for CRM and data processes.
*Deliver project work that enhances the CRM and improves data reliability and supporter experiences.
Profile
A successful CRM Specialist should have:
*Experienced in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Experience working within the charity sector is advantageous.
*Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
*Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
Job Offer
*Day rate equivalent of £42,000 - £45,000 per annum.
*3 month contract with potential for extension to 6 months.
*Hybrid working in London
