Salary: £62,537 + 4% pay award from April 2026

We’re supporting our client in hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead their maintenance operations across a diverse property portfolio.


In this role, you will:

• Oversee responsive repairs and maintenance

• Manage Trade Supervisors, Engineers, Surveyors and subcontractors

• Ensure high-quality, customer-focused service delivery

• Lead on void property turnaround and social housing operations

• Drive performance while meeting time, cost and quality targets


What we’re looking for:

• Experience in social housing

• Strong knowledge of void property processes

• Proven leadership of operational or technical teams

• Technical/trade background is highly desirable

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

• Full UK driving licence
