Key Responsibilities*Deliver physiotherapy interventions for patients with acute medical conditions across multiple hospital sites.

*Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with NHS standards.

Requirements*HCPC registration is essential.
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in an NHS acute medical ward setting.
*Valid driving licence is preferable to travel between sites.
