Our client is looking to appoint an Insolvency Solicitor to join their growing specialist team in Leeds. The team is ranked by the legal directories and advise clients on contentious and non-contentious Insolvency matters.

The client is a regional law firm with offices across West Yorkshire. They offer the full range of legal services to clients across the region and have a specialist Insolvency team who advise clients including businesses, banks and insolvency practitioners.
Description
The Insolvency Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;


*Advising clients on contentious and non contentious insolvency matters.
*Dealing with a range of work including CVA’s, liquidations, administrations and IVA’s.
*Working on a range of files and supporting senior team members on high value matters.
*Taking an active role in business development
*Working closely with colleagues in other teams such as corporate.


Profile
The successful Insolvency Solicitor should have / be;


*A Solicitor with a focus on insolvency law
*Likely to be around 0-5 years PQE
*An interest to work for a regional law firm
*A track record dealing with contentious and non contentious insolvency.
*Ties to Leeds


Job Offer
*Salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 per annum.
