About the RoleJoin Outcomes First Group as a Physiotherapist within the Private Neuro Team in Banham. This ongoing opportunity offers £30 per hour and the flexibility to work part-time or full-time.
You will deliver specialist neurological rehabilitation services to individuals with complex needs, including acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, and complex physical presentations. Working within a multidisciplinary clinical team, you will play a vital role in supporting service users within specialist settings.

What You Will Do*Conduct comprehensive neurological physiotherapy assessments.
*Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to complex neuro presentations.
*Deliver rehabilitation programmes focusing on mobility, postural management, tone management, and functional independence.
*Provide specialist advice regarding equipment, seating, orthotics, and mobility aids.
*Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care.
*Maintain accurate clinical records in line with HCPC and CSP standards.
*Provide training and guidance to carers, families, and staff.
*Contribute to service development and clinical governance initiatives.
What We’re Looking For*Degree in Physiotherapy with HCPC registration.
*Experience within neurological rehabilitation (ABI, CP, stroke, complex neurological conditions).
*Strong clinical reasoning skills and commitment to evidence-based practice.
*Ability to manage an independent caseload.
*Excellent communication and collaborative working skills.
*Experience within private, specialist, or community neuro settings (desirable).
