Part-Time Telesales Advisor – Nottingham
£12.50 per hour + Up to £3,000 annual bonus
We’re recruiting on behalf of a well established, family-run business. They’re looking for a Part-Time Telesales Advisor to join their Nottingham team on a permanent basis.
This role involves making outbound calls to existing customers to collect orders for next day delivery, delivering great service, and identifying sales opportunities.
• £12.50 per hour
• Up to £3,000 annual bonus, paid monthly (individual & team-based)
• Part-time hours within: Monday–Friday
• Full training provided
• Friendly, supportive working environment
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to take orders
• Provide excellent customer service and maximise sales opportunities
• Support new business development with the field sales team
• Serve customers at the trade counter when required
• Handle admin tasks: answering inbound calls, raising credits, liaising with internal departments
• Offer flexibility to support the team during busy periods or staff absences

• Strong customer service skills
• Good IT literacy
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong time management and organisational skills
