Sales Executive – Torbay
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 OTE
Location: Torbay
Pembrook Resourcing are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established dealership for a Sales Executive to join their successful sales team in the Torbay area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and motivated individual looking to build a successful career within the motor trade.
The RoleAs a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the full vehicle purchasing journey, delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities*Meeting and greeting customers in the showroom and understanding their needs
*Demonstrating vehicles and organising test drives
*Managing the full sales process from enquiry through to vehicle handover
*Building strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals
*Achieving and exceeding sales targets
*Promoting finance, insurance products, and additional extras
*Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-ups
Requirements*Previous experience in a Sales Executive role (motor trade experience preferred but not always essential)
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Target-driven with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
*Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
*Full UK driving licence
