Our client is seeking an experienced Retail Manager from within in the automotive industry to join their team in Luton, where the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding the Finance & Insurance department. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong sales background and comprehensive knowledge of financial products, who is ready to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
*Overseeing all sales enquiries and supporting the ongoing development of the sales team.
*Ensuring customers receive clear, transparent information regarding their financial obligations, with all interactions conducted with integrity and fairness.
*Working flexible patterns, including weekends, to maintain exceptional levels of customer service.
*Leading from the front to inspire the team, driving performance within finance and additional product sales.
*Demonstrating strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills to support effective teamwork and shared objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Controller, or Business Manager.
*Strong financial and commercial understanding.
*Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
*Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
*Experience working within a team-focused environment with shared goals and individual performance targets.
