Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional After Sales Support Executive to join our client’s UK Operations Team, based in their Marlow office. In this customer-focused position, you will provide exceptional support across all our client’s brands, ensuring every customer receives a best-in-class experience.

Hybrid after minimum 3 months.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver a first-class customer support service with a focus on achieving first-time resolution
*Build and maintain strong relationships with Service Centre agents, dealers and key stakeholders
*Take ownership of all customer interactions, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up
*Authorise product collections and coordinate repairs under guarantee
*Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and drive operational excellence
*Support departmental projects from initial concept through to implementation
*Develop product knowledge and commit to ongoing personal development
*Travel occasionally within the UK to carry out inspections and review warranty returns
Skills & Experience Required
*Minimum 1 year’s experience in customer service or sales support, with proven problem-resolution skills
*Strong ability to identify issues and deliver effective solutions quickly
*Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple enquiries
*Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
*Experience using CRM systems
*Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
*Strong data entry, typing and analytical abilities
*Able to build and manage key working relationships across the business
*A reliable team player who is also capable of working autonomously and building trust with customers
