Job Description:
Job Title: Business Analyst - HR / Payroll System Implementation
Client:Staffordshire County Council
Location: Staffordshire (Onsite 3 days per week, sometimes more)
Contract: Until September 2027
IR35: Inside IR35
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support an HR and Payroll system implementation programme. The role involves analysing current processes, defining future-state solutions, and supporting system delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* AS-IS / TO-BE analysis
* Process mapping
* Running stakeholder workshops
* Working in a Waterfall project environment
* Supporting end-to-end testing
* Managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Requirements:
* Experience in HR / Payroll system implementations
* Knowledge of Oracle or SAP HR systems preferred
* Strong process mapping and workshop facilitation skills
* Experience with UAT and testing phases
* Local Authority / Council / Public Sector experience preferred.
