Job Description:
Hays are now looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect for one of our local clients:
*Up to £703 p/d Inside IR35
*Remote Working
*Must currently hold SC Clearance
Role Purpose
The ServiceNow Solutions Architect is responsible for designing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM and wider enterprise workflows. They ensure architectural integrity, platform scalability, and alignment with best practice while guiding technical teams through solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead the design of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business requirements.
*Define technical architecture, data models, integrations, and workflow designs across the platform.
*Provide governance and oversight across development, configuration, and implementation activities.
*Advise stakeholders on platform capabilities, solution options, and best-practice approaches.
*Produce architectural documentation, including high-level designs, roadmaps, and integration frameworks.
*Ensure platform performance, scalability, security, and maintainability across all solutions.
*Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, and business leads to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Skills & Experience
*Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, capabilities, modules, and platform constraints.
*Strong experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across multiple applications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
*Expertise in integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, OAuth, SSO).
*Strong understanding of governance, platform controls, and design best practices.
*Ability to translate complex business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions.
*Currently hold SC Clearance
