Job Title: Service Coordinator (Experienced)
Location: Biggins Hill
Department: Operations / Service Delivery
Hours: Monday to Saturday (08:00 – 16:00)

Key Responsibilities
*Coordinate and schedule service calls, maintenance visits, and installations for field technicians.
*Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service requests, updates, and issue resolution.
*Monitor service schedules and adjust assignments to optimize technician productivity and response times.
*Track service jobs from initiation through completion, ensuring accurate documentation and timely closure.
*Maintain service records, work orders, and customer information in the company’s service management system.
*Collaborate with operations, technical teams, and management to ensure smooth service delivery.
*Manage urgent service requests and escalate complex issues when necessary.
*Communicate with technicians to provide job details, materials requirements, and updates.
*Prepare reports on service performance, job status, and operational metrics.
*Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications & Experience
*Proven experience (3–5+ years) in a Service Coordinator, Service Dispatcher, or similar operations support role.
*Experience coordinating field service teams or technical staff.
*Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*Proficiency in service management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
*Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to changing priorities.
*Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
