Service Advisor – Torbay
Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 (depending on experience) + bonus
Location: Torbay
Pembrook Resourcing are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established dealership for an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy aftersales department in the Torbay area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and experience within the motor trade.
The RoleAs a Service Advisor, you will act as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring vehicles are booked in efficiently and customers receive excellent service throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities*Greeting customers and discussing their vehicle servicing and repair needs
*Booking vehicles into the workshop and organising courtesy cars where required
*Liaising with technicians and the workshop regarding vehicle progress
*Providing updates to customers and gaining authorisation for additional work
*Preparing job cards and invoices
*Upselling additional products and services where appropriate
*Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements*Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership environment
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Strong organisational and administrative abilities
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Full UK driving licence
