I am working exclusively with a Leicestershire based brand leader who are looking for a Head of HR to join the team on a permanent basis reporting into the HR Director.
In this new position within the organisation where you will be responsible for the day-to-day support and strategic direction of the HR team, whilst being responsible for the HR Business Partner function.
Role Responsibilities
*Management of all business transformation and change initiatives
*Partner with key stakeholders to understand key strategic priorities and ensuring this is in line with the business strategy
*Management and responsibility for all business M&A activity
*Drive team performance and influence when needed to ensure a high performing culture
*Direct line management of the Talent and Business Partner business functions
*Support on all HR operations including the escalation of complex ER case work
*Head up strategic focusses such as employee engagement and business culture with the view to driving high performance
*Deputise for the HR Director when necessary
What they need from you
*Previous experience within a blue-collar work environment (manufacturing, logistics, distribution etc) operating at a senior HR level
*Comfortable focussing on the business day to day efficiency as well as line management and additional projects
*Confidence heading up change, M&A and transformation initiatives
