Accounts Assistant
Birmingham
Salary £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE)
Butler Rose Public Practice is delighted to be supporting our client based in Birmingham with the recruitment of an Accounts Assistant. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team and broaden your skillset.
Role Requirements -
*Assist with the preparation of year-end accounts for Limited Companies.
*Prepare Corporation Tax computations and CT600 submissions.
*Liaise with clients to obtain required financial information.
*Maintain accurate working papers and documentation.
*Support with ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required.
Personal Requirements -
*AAT-qualified or part-qualified ACCA/ACA (qualified accountant desirable but not essential).
*Experience preparing year-end accounts and CT600 returns.
*Familiarity with VT Transaction+ and/or Capium software is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
*Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
*Strong communication and teamwork skills.
