The Role
*Run a caseload of complex and high-value residential property matters across the South West, London and other prime markets
*Act for clients with rural landed estates, country homes and significant property portfolios
*Advise on sales, purchases, financing and transfers of high-value rural and agricultural property
*Contribute to networking and business development to further enhance your profile and the firm’s reputation
About You
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ years’ PQE in residential property. Those with rural & agricultural property experience are encouraged to apply, as are commercial property lawyers looking to pivot and advise on complex agricultural and rural matters
Ideally, you’ll have a solid track record & technical ability (rather than volume experience).
You will draft transfers, leaseholds, create leases, advise on TP1s and ideally have knowledge of the Building Safety Act.
Excellent client-facing skills, able to work with wealthy individuals and institutional clients.
