Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Negotiator to join our dynamic team. Duties
*Lead and manage high-level negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure advantageous agreements.
*Develop and implement negotiation strategies aligned with organisational goals.
*Analyse contractual documents, proposals, and relevant data to inform negotiation tactics.
*Collaborate closely with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure contractual compliance and risk mitigation.
*Maintain detailed records of negotiations, agreements, and correspondence for future reference.
*Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members involved in negotiation processes.
*Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate ongoing collaboration and mutual benefit.
*Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting negotiations.
Experience
*Proven experience in a senior negotiation or similar role within a corporate or organisational setting.
*Demonstrable administrative experience supporting complex negotiations or contractual processes.
*Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences.
*Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively engage with international stakeholders.
*Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously under tight deadlines.
*Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
