Elevation Recruitment Group’s Skilled Shop Floor division are supporting an innovative capital equipment manufacturing company to recruit an experienced Welder to join the team on a permanent basis.
Pay rate:
£19.00 per hour
Working Hours:
4 day working week - Monday to Thursday 36.5 hours.
Monday to Wednesday - 7:00 - 16:45, Thursday -

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for welding sub-assemblies and pressure equipment using various welding.
techniques on high integrity pressure equipment.
• Achieving a high success rate on any NDT welds.
• Achieving manufacturing hours and deadlines are achieved to meet the customers’ needs.
• Ensuring you will become part of the right first-time culture.
• Adherence to all Health Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Ensuring high levels of quality and workmanship are maintained.
• Supporting other departments in the manufacture of products.
• Completion of all paperwork to maintain complete traceability.
• Slinging and lifting large components.
Skills & Experience:
• Experience of working with pressure vessels.
• Radiographic and ultrasonic tested welds.
• Stainless steel experience.
• Welding in 2G position and to weld procedures.
• Manufacturing to engineering drawings
