Private Client Solicitor – Walsall
Our client is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a friendly, collaborative legal team in Walsall. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a varied private client caseload while enjoying hybrid working and excellent career development opportunities.
The Role:
As a Private Client Solicitor in this team you will manage a diverse caseload of wills, LPA’s and probate along with some court of protection matters along with advising elderly clients on financial affairs, social care and CHC funding. Your role will include supporting and develop client relationships and contribute to business development.
Your Requirements:
*Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE in private client work
*Strong experience in probate, wills, trusts, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
*Excellent communication, organisation and client-care skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
