Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 3 Days Working From Home)
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded catastrophic and serious injury team in Manchester at a leading national law firm. It offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RTA or Serious Injury Fee Earner to work within a specialist team supporting clients who have sustained serious and life-changing injuries following road traffic accidents.
About the Role:
You will join a close-knit and supportive team at an exciting stage of growth, working alongside experienced colleagues within a nationally recognised serious injury department. The caseload is high-quality work specifically handled by this specialist team.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Managing a caseload of complex serious injury claims arising from road traffic accidents
*Delivering a high standard of client care and communication, demonstrating empathy and professionalism
*Building strong relationships with clients and their families, including domiciliary visits where required
*Supporting clients through the litigation process while working collaboratively with colleagues across the team
