We are recruiting on behalf of a Leading Regional Law Firm
Are you a skilled Corporate & Commercial Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE looking for a new opportunity with a progressive and client-focused law firm? We are delighted to be working in partnership with a respected legal practice in North Birmingham who are seeking a confident and commercially astute solicitor to join their thriving Corporate & Commercial team.

About the Role
You’ll be working with a diverse client base ranging from SMEs to large regional businesses, advising on a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial matters. The role offers a great mix of advisory and transactional work, including M&A, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and corporate restructures.
Key Responsibilities
Advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters.
Managing M&A transactions, business sales, and acquisitions.
Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and terms of business.
Supporting clients with corporate governance, restructuring, and company law advice.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships and supporting business development initiatives.
Requirements
UK qualified solicitor with 4+ years’ post-qualification experience in Corporate & Commercial Law.
Strong technical knowledge and experience handling complex transactions.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Commercially minded with a proactive, client-first approach.
Ability to manage matters autonomously while working collaboratively within a team.
